Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and methodologies.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project documentation, including technical specifications, user stories, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
